Glad to back with my 11th SWF entry. Been busy for many weeks doing some post new year stuffs.
This image was taken in Naawan, Misamis Oriental, Philippines.
It is an aquaculture pond where Milkfish are grown.

Hi Glendon, that is a gorgeous capture of the pond and sunset. I am curious as to what the machine is? Is that for aerating the water or feeding the fish or what?

Hi Larry, thanks for the time viewing my image. That machine is called a paddle wheel used to aerate to supply more oxygen to the cultured fishes.

What are milkfish? Do people have them as pets or do they eat them? Great shot either way.
I think your sky photo is fantastic ~ I love everything about it from the beautiful colors in the sky to the still, calm of the pond. So glad I stopped by from SWF to see this!
I love the colours in the sky, and the way they are reflected in the water! All that water in the foreground really adds depth to the photo!
