Free Text?

>> Thursday, June 05, 2008

Another impossible thing to happen in any telecom businesses who profit millions from SMS. Whoever in DOTC initiated the thought of free SMS is joking.

Giving a text for free is just like riding a bus for free. But if ever this will happen, a great abuse is expected. Even your maid who's down in her quarter will text you "hi sir, gud am, musta na?"

And we'd expect a higher call rates too. By that time the RCPI'S Telegram will be revived from a long inactivity.

buhi pa diay ang telegram, bai? anyways, from the current 60c the proposal is 20c. But what I would like to have is a same call charges in both landline to mobile or mobile to landline calls.

dri sa manticao weng naa pa bai, ang mga equipments, typewritters ug antennas. ma buhi ra unya ni ug wala nay free text. hehe.

free or rate reduction of SMS in phils might happen, but naa jud na protest from tele companies.

i think they are gaining big sa SMS than calls, mas daghan ang masses nga ga text than those elites nga ga call.
